Community Involvement

Fila Nationals

We completed the season on a high note finishing 5-1 in games played at the Fila Nationals in Atlanta.  We played in the top 17U National Division which was even a step up from the Deep South's 16U showing where we made a lot of noise.  The games were intense and we played in major heat and managed to weather all storms and came out on top every time. 

The College Coaches were totally amazed at how we kept our composure against many of the bigger, stronger teams.  Some of them left the Court saying, "it was NO way we should have lost to them."  But they did!  (smile)

Congratulations to the 10 players that were able to make the trip.  You shined, made us shine and made us all extremely proud of you.
